4. Data Retention

Some historical records may remain after account disabling or deletion where continued retention is needed for fraud prevention, audit, or legal compliance.

5. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through the self-service page at Delete Account. After identity verification, the account is disabled and key login-related personal fields are anonymized or cleared to the extent supported by the service architecture.

Certain logs, order records, security records, and deletion records may remain in a restricted non-login state if retention is required for security, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, or legal obligations.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to help protect stored information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss. However, no online environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Children's Privacy

If the service is not directed to children under the applicable minimum age of digital consent, personal information from such users should not be knowingly collected without proper authorization. If your final release specifically targets minors, update this section and any in-app notices before launch.
